Enjoy ocean breezes on the enclosed lanai There are many lovely public beaches within a few miles including Venice beach, Manasota beach and , Caspersian beach etc. Home has both front and back screened lanai for quiet relaxation. Everything you need for a great day at the beach-cooler, chairs, umbrella and sand toys for the kids.
New water purification system and new air conditioning recently installed.

Ed responded quickly and check in was a piece of cake. My wife and I stayed with our four kids and had a blast going to the local beaches soaking in the sun and searching for sharks teeth. The home was well equipped with beach supplies, linens and everything you needed for home cooked meals. If your not into making food there's plenty of local restaurants around. Only negative was the mattress in the master bedroom. I've always opted for a firm mattress but that one is extra stiff. All in all great place to stay and made a lot of memories.
