Summary:
This is a single room inner city apartment located in an historic building. It is relatively quiet as the bedroom windows are double glazed. I do recognise it is not as swish as some of the competition in town, including ones I have around the corner at 135 Cumberland street, but its really is quite a comfortable place and not overly pricey
The Space:
The bedroom is separate from the living area but not isolated. The kitchen lounge is open plan. The shower is 900 x 900 so relatively small but efficient. Washer dryer included with powder, separate toilet. We supply shampoo body was and 3 rolls of loo paper. there are spare sheets and towels for longer stays

lock box is located on the left side of the window to the right of the front door.
