Summary:
This place is on the second floor in a completely refurbished and fully earthquake strengthened historic building. Lovely woollen carpet floors, ash wood kirchen bench and everything you need for a comfortable stay in Dunedin. Short or long term we have variety of rates for you.
The Neighborhood:
behind you is the best coffee in Dunedin. Great cafes in Vogel Street ~3km to the stadium. Handy to town, University museums and bars
Getting Around:
Free street parking. The street can be full during the day from 8.00 to 4.30. I would park up and walk if possible. There is a 5 minute park out the front whic is also free from 6 pm to 9 am.
Interaction with Guests:
I can be there to help if required but I more or less leave you to your own devices
