Kingston Cottage is a peaceful, stylish retreat tucked away in the heart of the New Forest – perfect for couples, solo travellers or remote workers looking for a quiet and comfortable escape. With private parking, cosy interiors and direct access to the beauty of the forest, it’s an ideal base whether you`re relaxing, exploring or working from nature. This charming one-bedroom cottage offers: A bright living area with comfortable seating A well-equipped kitchenette with fridge, induction hob, air fryer, kettle, toaster and essentials for light meals A king-size bedroom with quality bedding and a dedicated work desk A private en-suite shower room with fresh towels and toiletries A lovely outdoor seating area and BBQ for relaxed evenings Private off-road parking just outside your front door Guests have exclusive use of the entire cottage. Though attached to the main house where your host lives, it has its own private entrance and is completely self-contained. You’ll have total privacy throughout your stay. The location is peaceful and scenic – just 200 metres from Canada Common, where ponies roam freely and walking routes stretch in every direction. You’re also close to traditional country pubs like The Rockingham Arms and The Lamb Inn, and a 5-minute drive from Headlands Farm Coffee Shop – perfect for breakfast or a slice of homemade cake. For days out, enjoy local highlights like Mottisfont House, Romsey Abbey, Paultons Park, Moors Valley Country Park, and Calshot Activity Centre. Beautiful beaches such as Lepe, Mudeford Quay, and Bournemouth are all within easy reach. A car is recommended for exploring the area, though once you’re here, you’ll find walking and cycling routes right from your doorstep. The space can accommodate one large car or two smaller cars for parking. Whether you`re planning a weekend away or a longer stay, Kingston Cottage offers space, comfort, and tranquillity in one of England’s most picturesque regions.

- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
