Overall, we enjoyed our 3 day stay after Xmas. It was quiet,warm, clean and comfortable and we would definitely consider
It was clean, comfortable and importantly, warm (there is a new heating system in the house). There is a kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine present. It is conveniently located for a short walk to the beach and railway station, plus the A55 is only a few minutes drive away.
On the negative side, it would have been better if there was a washing up bowl and washing up liquid provided, for small amounts of washing up; we bought our own. In the bathroom, the electric shower in the corner unit has poor pressure and the tray is slow to drain. The shower in the bath is much better, so we used that. We didn’t bother using the wet room. There is only one toilet in the bathroom, (which was fine because there were only 3 of us and 5 for one night), but this is inadequate if there was full occupancy. Therefore, it would be an improvement to install a separate toilet to accommodate for more people. Finally, although the property accepts dogs, there is a tiny, paved,backyard and in the front garden is a square of astroturf. We had a small dog, so it didn’t impact us much.

Excellent location and very clean. Amazing value.
The only issue we had was that there was only one toilet between 6 adults.
