It’s got a lovely large living space, two bathrooms, nice outdoor space.
Decor could do with some TLC and there is a red ballon light in one of the rooms, my daughters didn’t like it, if you know you know.

Quiet location, 5 min drive from Beaumaris. Characterful cottages.

Location and set up, cleanliness, comfort, access to surrounding garden, plenty of parking.
Probably could do with a bit of updating, lick of paint, rusty radiators to update. Could include a bread knife and spatula in the kitchen inventory also suggest in the garden fencing to just put an extra panel along the bottom of the fence or chicken wire just to prevent dog(s) from
