Unbeatable location in Paris
Great location, quite near some of Paris' main attractions, very walkable and centric. The flat is located in a quiet building and neiborghood, just next to the metro, but despite the proximity, not many noises around. Beds were comfy and the view was nice.
The flat is a bit old and needs maintenance in some areas, the door handlings were all broken or loose, some electric outlets loose, bathroom boiler's connections rusty ...not a big deal but could be better of course with some little investment.

Die Unterkunft war sehr dreckig. Küchenutensilien haben wir nicht genutzt. Alles ebenfalls verdreckt und klebrig. Toilette selbst gereinigt und desinfiziert. Sofa sah auch nicht einladend aus.

Квартира чистая, есть абсолютно все необходимое. Очень удобное расположение, находится в 10 минутах ходьбы от Эйфелевой башни, рядом есть магазины и рестораны, несколько станций метро. Хозяин всегда на связи и готов ответить на все имеющиеся вопросы.

Excelente ubicación y buena relación calidad-precio. Tiene el metro delante, pero no nos supuso ningún problema para dormir. En una semana de calor, con el ventilador pudimos dormir bien.

В первую очередь мне не понравилось безразличное отношение хозяина к своим гостям. Я прилетел с супругой и с двумя маленькими детьми (2 года и 7 лет) очень поздно в 23:00 (наш рейс задержали) мои дети очень устали. Ранее мы забронировали и оплатили проживание, но не могли оплатить депозит 450 евро, так как хозяин квартиры направил нам стороннюю ссылку для оплаты, а интернета не хватало и ссылка не открывалась. Найдя двери дома мы связались с владельцем и попросили запустить в дом, дать доступ вайфая и я бы оплатил, но категорически они нас не пускали пока мы не оплатим депозит. В округе ни в одном ресторане не было вай фая, время 12 часов ночи, мы стоим возле отеля, пытаемся оплатить депозит, спасибо ресторану Амальфи в 3 минутах ходьбы, они нас накормили, дали вай фай, мы оплатили депозит, и только после этого хозяин дал доступ квартире. Сама квартира находится рядом с веткой метро, шум просто ужасный, до 2 ночи ездит метро через каждые 5 минут, машины ездят, люди разговаривают( так как внизу рестораны), окна закрыть невозможно, так как очень душно в квартире становится ( мы были в июне), кондиционеров нет. Стоит вентилятор но выглядит уставшим. Пыль была везде, даже на стенах на лампе, такое ощущение что они давно не убирались в ней. Уберите сухие цветы это неуважение к гостям. Посуда для приготовления вся старая, поцарапанная, жирная, нет кастрюли. Она не пригодна для использования. Сегодня депозит вернули в полном объеме. больше негатива осталось из-за грязной квартиры.
