Location and price, staff was able to fix the main issues reported.
We had couple issues with the shower faucet and the hot water, they were fixed during our stay. The wood floor makes excessive noise specially you feel it at night in certain locations, the apartment is on a 4th floor level, so be prepared to go up on stairs, there is no elevator on the property. The beds were comfortable but small. TV screen is very small for the size of the living room.

The property is on the 4th floor with no lift. Not a problem to us but if you have mobility issues it would be very hard work
