スタッフの対応も非常に柔らかく、誕生日のサプライズも快く快諾してくれました。朝ごはんも豪華で良かったです。

施設、スタッフがすごくステキです。
桐の香がする建物、ピカピカの部屋、こだわり抜いたアメニティ、ホスピタリティのあるスタッフ。
良いところをあげたら、キリがないです。
良くない点は、無かったです。
普通のホテルに比べたら値段が高いくらいです。
良かろう高かろうですが、今までたくさんホテルを利用してきたけれど一番良かった。

The place was fantastic. Elegant, clean, and peaceful. We also got upgraded to a Deluxe Twin Room because they were available. Breakfast and dinner were provided and every meal was a delight. Dishes were elegantly plated and delicious. The hot springs were absolutely divine as well (considering that I had the whole bath to myself). The view was fantastic as well. And the service of the staff was top-tier. The location was also very convenient to access via the free shuttle bus that goes to and from Awaji Interchange.
Could use some massage chairs to pair with the hot springs.
