Awesome location. Great parking. Modern and remodeled. Large apartment. Nice patio. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen. Clothes washer worked well, host provided laundry detergent for guests.
Check in was stressful and time consuming. Had to provide my credit card number to a separate website to pay city tax and activate key. Communication difficulty when I asked for help working the seemingly new thermostat. Host didn't answer my phone calls then later started he is only willing to speak via WhatsApp and/or message on booking. We watched YouTube videos to program the thermostat. Checkout is slightly earlier than stated time - the automatic gate key stops working when the clock strikes 10 AM, so we loaded up the car at 9:30 to avoid getting locked in.
Fitted sheet too small for the mattress and kept slipping off.

Located just outside of Siena historical centre. Takes about a 10 minute walk to get into the historical centre. On site car parking about 30 meters from the front door.
Large and spacious.
On the main road that takes you to the highway.
The washing machine is handy but drying of clothes takes a while due to the humidity. The washing machine also looks like it has seen better days.
The apartment feels a bit stuffy/damp due to the fact that it only has 1 window in the bedroom and two doors opening into a small courtyard in the lounge. There is a dehumidifier to help with this but it is noisy.
Controlling the temperature on the touch screen almost needs a degree in IT but make sure to go to zone 1 -> manual and from there set the desired temperature.
The bed is very uncomfortable with a poor mattress that sags in the middle.
It is an apartment in an apartment block of sorts to expect to hear residents opening and closing doors at random times at night.
