Spacious house in an excellent location.
The location was excellent. The house was perfect, three large bedrooms, a bathroom, shower room and a downstairs toilet. A large kitchen and 2 large lounges. Everything was exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional Holiday Property
We highly recommend Harbour View as an exceptional, spacious property providing perfect accommodation for a group or family or those who love to relax in warm, attractive, comfortable spaces within the house! We loved the large sitting room on the ground floor and the second sitting room on the first floor each with huge windows overlooking the harbour, wooden floors with rugs, high ceilings and boasting comfy sofas, original fireplaces, lamps, lighting and TVs. There are three large bedrooms each with immaculate bedding and lots of wardrobe and drawer space. The huge windows in the master bedroom overlook the harbour and firth-of-clyde and back bedrooms overlook lush gardens. The master enjoys a tech savvy ensuite with huge bath and separate shower cubicle. Lovely white towels are also provided. The large family shower room is situated between the two back bedrooms at the top of the centre piece spiral staircase. We loved the huge kitchen and the fact that it contained everything and more that could possibly be needed to cook, eat, clean or enjoy a coffee at the large dining table overlooking the leafy two-tier back garden. We loved the quirky spice drawer! We do love to sit out on a nice evening and the garden furniture with attractive overhead lighting provided the place for us to do this on Hogmanay! There is a fire pit and barbecue in this space. Keys can be picked up from a lock box and the owners are easily contactable and very obliging. Thank you Marzena & David!

I couldn’t believe how big this place is. Great location overlooking the bay. Couple minute walk to downtown. Everything was clean, couldn’t ask for anything more. I would definitely stay here again.

Harbour View was perfect for our visit. Bute is a lovely island and we enjoyed our stay very much.
We especially liked the location of Harbour View as it looked right onto the Bay and we could watch everything happening out there from the two comfy armchairs positioned right in the big bay window upstairs. The house was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and the showers were good. The outdoor spaces were great and we sat in the garden at the front one evening watching the ferries come and go. There is an information book which was helpful and the tourist information office is very close. Marzena and David had left a number of tasty things for us which was very welcome and there are supermarkets close by. The house has everything you need which is lovely when you’re travelling.
It would be great if there were sockets near the beds for charging our phones etc.

Very spacious property in perfect location near the ferry and the town. Beautifully furnished and amazing views. There is even a tv in the bathroom! Easy parking on the street.
