Very good location.

The location was very good. Close to both town and estuary. The beds were comfortable.

Parking was tricky but we did manage to get a space further down the street. The shower could do with replacing.

Great location, 2 minutes from the marina, clean, tidy and well equipped.

Parking was hit and miss and not always outside property, a pain when unloading and loading the car but there was always a space somewhere on the road

Fabulous house, would stay again

The property was tastefully decorated, uncluttered so it felt clean and inviting. We had everything we needed for a short break. Towels and bedding were lovely and good quality.

Only that the walls were thin and there was a crying baby next door. Can't be helped but I should have bought ear plugs

An amazing holiday in a perfect cottage, thank you to the hosts and the owners.

The location was perfect, just a 2 minutes walk from the town centre and a 2 minutes walk to the sea front. The cottage was fully equipped with helpful extras such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, shower gel, tea, coffee (the good stuff), sugar and a lovely box of shortbread :)

There was nothing not to like. The property and facilities were perfect.

Quaint and full of seaside charm! Sympathetically furnished and decorated without with a blue and white beach theme. Absolutely everything you would need and more for a perfect stay! Just bring your beach towels! Nothing was too much trouble! So clean and everything new… beds and linen supper soft and comfortable, all the essentials for cooking and making tea/coffee. It really is a perfect little home from home - you won’t be disappointed. From here we went to Mersey island for amazing fish at the shack and to clacton for seaside fun the following day. Great base to explore😊

Very enjoyable with easy access to walks and pubs. Furnished and fitted out to a high standard.

Obviously only recently refurbished, but to a high standard. Great location and cottage very well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable, tidy, excellent facilities, pleasant stay.

The house was spotlessly clean, decorated to a high standard, every facility you could need, washing machine, cooker microwave, shower and bath for example. very comfortable beds. Even an outside space with table and chairs, ideal for the recent heatwave. Harbour , beach and local pubs and high St within walking distance.

Not much to criticise, maybe some lighting in the indoor dining area.
