La ubicación y la limpieza

Mucho ruido, tanto de la planta de arriba y escaleras (ya que es todo de madera y cruje) y el ruido de fuera porque las ventanas son finas. No hay televisión, se cae el cemento de la cocina cuando haces algo de comer y los muebles del cuarto de baño y cocina están estropeados .

La struttura è bellissima! Un palazzo tipico in una zona molto caratteristica dell’alfama. Tutto in ordine, funzionante e pulito. Ottimo punto d’appoggio!

Abbiamo avuto problemi con il wi-fi e la comunicazione con il team é stata molto lenta nella risoluzione di un problema abbastanza importante.

The position is great, in the center of Alfama but quiet zone. Next to cafe and small useful shops, next to bus stops. The house was very clean. The host left us a bottle of Portuguese wine.

There was no conditioning and the rooms are not enough ventilated, due to the position of the windows. Even in fresher days (23 degrees max) the house was very hot. The high of the main staircase it is ok for 1.65 mt people, so for us was ok. Maybe for taller people isn’t. The property never answered to our request of WiFi: the name of the lan was not present and I feel lucky that the rest worked because the host didn’t give assistance. It is a pity and a disappointment since the price is low but not that low, not fair.
