De locatie in Alfama is perfect. Smalle deur naar binnen met stijle trap heeft zijn charme. Bakkertje om de hoek.
Trap naar het appartement was niet schoon. Wifi aanwezig, maar werkt niet. Ondanks herhaaldelijke melding, geen reactie en actie.

La posizione è perfetta, attorno ci sono molti posti buoni dove mangiare ed è facile raggiungere a piedi le fermate del pullman o le attrazioni. L'appartamento è molto accogliente, pulitissimo e luminoso. I soffitti sono molto bassi, se siete alti (190 cm) non ve lo consiglio

Good location. In walking distance to most of the main attractions in Lisbon. Clean apartment with a fairly comfy bed.
Communication wasn't great. We were told we could leave our bags if we arrived before check-in at 3pm. We asked where we could leave them as we arrived by 2pm and they didn't reply until 2:55pm which at that point they could've just sent the check-in instructions. Plus their reply was just a picture of the apartment door but no instructioms how to access the property to leave them there. The wifi also didn't work for us and the shower head wasn't the greatest.
