La ubicación es excelente, asi como la edificación, ya que es un edificio antiguo y hacer sentir la visita de la ciudad un poco mas local.
El sistema electrico es malo, la pastilla de la luz se botaba a cada rato ya que no soporta el uso de las luces y los calefactores al mismo tiempo. Así mismo es imposible hacer uso de la estufa y el tostador de pan al mismo tiempo. La humedad en el departamento es considerable, pero sin duda, hace falta una limpieza a detalle.

La ubicación es buena
se dañó el calentador del agua y no fue reparado, tuve que bañarme 3-4 días con agua fría, la habitación auxiliar tiene una puerta mala, la puerta del baño está caída, nos dejaron un rollo de papel higiénico empezado para 4 días para 4 personas, dicen que están para uno las 24 horas pero cuando los llame cuando se dañó la tina del baño nunca respondieron.
