Alfama Haven

Amazing location! Really nice flat and our host Roni gave great service and instructions. Well equipped kitchen and the lively touch of a journal where guests have written their recommendations from their previous stays.

Beware the stairs are very steep! If it’s really hot weather, there is no air conditioning, although there were several fans. With the windows open, sometimes the smell of cigarette smoke came in. There could have been more toilet paper, we needed to buy more during our stay.

roni was in touch via whats app and managed to let me and my friend into the apartment early , which was a fantastic bonus after a 2 hr immigration wait at Lisbon airport ,

only niggle was the tv , coudnt get any Netflix though we was out a lot would be good to have access to that , but that was our only issue .

Das Apartment hatte eine super Lage, mitten in Alfama, aber dennoch in einer eher entspannten Gegend. Dank der sehr detaillierten Anleitung des Gastgebers hatten wir keine Schwierigkeiten, das Apartment zu erreichen. Es handelt sich generell um einen Top Gastgeber! Wir sind schon früh morgens in Lissabon angekommen und konnten das Apartment deutlich früher beziehen als eigentlich geplant. Auch haben wir tolle Tips zu Frühstücksspots und generelle Reisetips erhalten. Es hats an nichts gefehlt. Dieses Apartment würde ich definitiv weiterempfehlen. Great location! friendly and responsive staff. We ordered a driver through them on qrrival and departure, and they both got on time for the pickups.

On the top floor the room door is mostly glass which was missing so there was no glass to it. Therefore there was no privacy and the cold got in to the room so we had to ask for more blanckets. We put a towel on the door to block the cold. The shower door was not sealed good enough and water didnt go down the drain well enough so the bathroom floor was flooded the entire week. They didnt manage to fix it when we called them.
