Communication with our host Ellie was excellent. She took the time to meet me at our meeting point so I wouldn't get lost in the narrow streets of Alfama while looking for the house. She was very friendly, responsive, and made check-in easy. She also provided us with great sight-seeing and travel information. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come again.

Cosy and authentic den in the heart of a historic neighbourhood. Ellie was very welcoming
It’s a bit of a climb to get there. But I’d skip Alfama altogether if you’re not up for a few hills!
