Location is excellent. Entry is via a code to the building and another to the apartment. Facilities are very good and plenty of space. Had everything that we needed. Aircon in living room and bedroom both work well. Washing machine works well and clothes aired had plenty of room for all our washing. The area was very quiet at night, so slept well.
Stairs are steep, but this wasn’t a problem for us. Bathroom is very small, also not a problem for us, but could be for bigger people. Bathroom smells musty and freezer badly needs defrosting. Could do with more laundry detergent and pegs.

Central position. Nice quiet area. Comfortable bed and sofa bed Contact with host quick and efficient.
The apartment wasn’t cleaned or made up when we arrived.
The situation was sorted within an hour.
Be careful of the step down in the living room room. Needs yellow tape as a warning but we laid a small towel there.
Be aware of steep stairs so not suitable for limited mobility but well lit and very clean with a solid hand rail.

it was in very traditional old town position and building
the steep stairs, the tiny bathroom with leaking and noisy plumbing,the noise outside as it was during the month long June El Fama festival, dangerous changes in levels of apartment flooring and tired furniture etc
