Spacious apartment in the historical district in a historical building.Pros:- very good location, Tram28 in five minutes, etc.- nice restaurant in 10m- comfortable beds- quiet street, no cars - good communication with host- good value for money Cons:- bad smells in the bathroom (this is an old building)- no heating just 2 electric heater, winter time can be a bit cold (mainly the first 1-2 days)- no blackout curtain and there is a street lamp just at the windows

Great location. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of room for comfort. Unfortunately our first night there the people above us, decided to renovate through the whole night keeping us awake with constant pounding. We contacted the host in the morning and was assured that he would take care of that. The next 2 nights were quiet. Our host was very accommodating.
