Luz Alfama

A fantastic place to stay, offering the very best of both worlds: an exceptional location in the heart of Lisbon, yet wonderfully quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location couldn't be better, with a delightful array of restaurants, cafés, bars and shops practically on the doorstep, and metro stations nearby, making it effortless to explore everything this beautiful city has to offer. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, surprisingly spacious and exceptionally comfortable. Flooded with natural light, it is bright and airy. The bed is wonderfully comfortable, the kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with excellent cooking facilities and ample cupboard space, and there is a plentiful, reliable supply of hot water – one of those simple pleasures that makes a real difference when travelling. The entire experience was refreshingly uncomplicated. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was consistently clear, prompt, friendly and helpful. Everything was handled with genuine warmth, good humour and an easy efficiency, that made the stay all the more enjoyable. It's a rare pleasure to find somewhere that combines such a vibrant, central location with peace and quiet, comfort and such impeccable standards. A real gem!

A real gem in the heart of Lisbon, combining an unbeatable location, exceptional comfort, spotless and spacious accommodation, excellent facilities and wonderfully warm, helpful hospitality.

A acomodação superou nossas expectativas.

Bed was good and the fact that we could do laundry was a definite plus ( although we had to purchase our own detergent )

The shower is very small and the bathroom is meant for absolutely only one person at a time

The host was very kind and helpful. The room was spotless and plenty of comfort.
