Prostorný a celkově pekně vypadající apartmán.
Dobře vybavená kuchyně.
Velká televize s YouTube atd.
Pračka (byť starší).
Pěkný gauč.
Velká lednice.
Parking zdarma (na ulici).
Napomocný personál přes whatsapp.
Poblíž staveniště, tudíž je od 7:30 slyšet hluk jeřábu a stavebních dělníků.
Druhá koupelna vypadá o dost hůře než ta prvni. V obou koupelnách teče velice slabý proud vody.
Zahrada je sdílená s dalšími hosty/obyvateli domu. Zbytečný umělý travník, normální tráva by byla o moc hezčí.
Postele pro 2 spíše menší a měkčí.
Malé skříně na uskladnění věcí.

- la gentillesse de l'hôte,
- la vue (à 200 m d'altitude environ, ce qui permet un beau coucher de soleil chaque soir),
- l'équipement et la propreté,
- la taille du logement,
- le calme,
- l'emplacement, qui permet de rayonner sur la côte ouest notamment,
- une place de parking dans la rue, libre tout le temps.
