I really liked the location. It was very convenient and easy to get around using public transport. The staff were also incredibly helpful. Especially Luu. She went above and beyond during my checkin even staying awake to make sure I could get the key and understand the instructions. I really appreciated her kindness and thoughtfulness. Overall, a great experience!
The only thing we found a little inconvenient was that the lift only goes up to Level 9 while our room was on Level 10 so we had to use the stairs for the last floor. We understand its only one level but as we had quite alot of luggages carrying everything up the stairs was a little difficult and tiring.Other than that, everything was good and we had a pleasant stay.
