Fabulous location! It’s spacious and surprisingly quiet. It has everything you need.
The aircon had a mind of its own. When we arrived the temperature was high and couldn’t work out how to adjust it but the temperature adjusted itself after the first day so it was ok.

Location was good and we noticed that some of the appliances were recently replaced.
The washing machine was not fitted properly. When we did our first wash in the evening, there was a huge leak which caused the bathroom and hallway to be flooded. The carpet got wet.
We found out later that when new washing machine was not fitted properly. Although the agents responded fairly quickly to fix the issues, we had to put up with unbearable stench from a wet carpet for a few days.
The water in the bathroom sink and bathtub drain very slowly which also makes it unpleasant.
Sofa and carpets must be cleaned well as it was fairly dusty.
Consider providing at least two sets of keys!!!
