Regency Towers

It was clean easily accessible. The parking was great.

The location is good. We loved the sauna, spa and pool. Great having a washing machine and dryer. Kitchen was well equipped. Bed super comfy. Great communication with owner.

We didn't realise it was more like an air bnb experience. We were expecting a reception area, check in, situation. The room was certainly. nice enough. We thought it appeared more impressive in the photographs, Maybe a little confusing, which room you are actually getting. .There was no seating area on the balcony, which was such a shame. The balcony picture we saw looked so inviting. A light was not working over the mirror in the bathroom. Picking up the key from the location, the lock box, codes etc. was a bit of a hassle. Followed instructions booked an induction with Jesus, the property supervisor weeks before but couldn't get hold of him initially, left messages, organised a time, waited around to finally gain access the 33rd floor the following day. Was a bit disappointing. We really were looking forward to that when we arrived. Definitely needed the washing machine dryer to have clean/dry towels. We did enjoy our stay but there were a lot of instructions, policies/procedures and running around involved in this stay, that we weren't quite prepared for.

Stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment at Regency Towers and it was perfect for my family. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, laundry, and comfy living areas. Location is excellent: right in the CBD, just a few mins walk to Melbourne Central and Bourke St Mall, and trams on Swanston St/Elizabeth St. The building is secure and easy to access. Plenty of room for 3 bedrooms without feeling cramped. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended for families or groups.

Location and having 3 adult sized beds

Too much running around to obtain the key. It is not in a hotel where staff are onsite. The building manager failed to answer messages and did not provide the assistance we were told was required to use the recreational facilities. The provided towels are very minimal in size. The fridge door was missing which made it difficult to open. The ensuite extremely small and no room and insufficient hooks to manage clothing.
