The location. If you want to spend time in the city, there is no better place. The apartment itself and the decor is beautiful. It's a great setting to chill out.
Some basic needs like a shower mat in the bath were not present. The fact that this place doesn't have an air conditioning should be more evident in the listing so that the people booking can take an informed decision. The day we checked out was almost 40 degrees in Melbourne and it wouldn't have been possible to be comfortable without aircon.

The apartment was airy with high ceilings, beautifully decorated. A lovely living space with high windows over the alley ways.
Having to collect the key. Whilst an 8 minute walk may not seem onerous, walking with 3 suitcases and one family member with mobility issues was a little challenging.

Great spot, super convenient and lively area. Beautiful, warm, and inviting interior - felt very homey.
Can be a little loud at night however we did stay during the weekend and so that was expected.
