New flat for many persons in good location. All fine for purpose we needed.

Meeting lady for keys handover we understood she doesn't speak czech, english and not russian too. I suspect she cannot read latin too. Lady on the phone was better, but also she even couldn't understand name of the street when I pronounced it properly as "ulice Albrightové [ol-braj-to-vé]", she was pronouncing it Al-brich-tove. Communication is big problem of yours.

Das beste an der Wohnung ist die Lage. Sie kommen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ohne Probleme überall hin. In der Nähe sind Supermärkte, die täglich (auch sonntags) lange geöffnet haben. Die Wohnung ist relativ modern und gut mit Fahrstuhl zu erreichen.

Es gibt nur öffentliche Parkplätze, die angekündigte Hilfe bei der Parkplatzsuche gab es nicht. Zum Glück haben wir einen Parkplatz gefunden. Das Fenster/die Terassentür im kombinierten Wohn-/Schlafraum ließ sich nicht öffnen (kein Griff vorhanden), somit konnte man das Zimmer nicht lüften, unangenehm für einen Raum, in dem geschlafen und gekocht wird. Die Unterkunft bietet 6 Betten, ist also geeignet für 6 Personen, allerdings gibt es dafür nicht ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und andere Küchenutensilien. 4 Gläser, 5 Tassen..., deutlich zu wenig! Eher unschön, es gibt nur 2 riesige Töpfe, keine kleinen. Wir haben also unserer Frühstückseier (auch keine Eierbecher) in einem Topf gekocht, in dem man beispielsweise Kartoffeln für 12-15 Personen kochen könnte. Dies alles wurde schon von andere Gästen bemängelt, offensichtlich aber ohne Erfolg!

The apartment is located in a new building, with new furniture and high-quality renovation, a beautiful bathroom, a spacious studio room, and an intercom. The building has an elevator. Good contact with the registration manager Nelly, who is ready to solve any problem at any time. Good transport links allow you to reach the old part of the city in less than 15 minutes. There are several supermarkets and a large shopping center, Smichov, nearby. Free public parking is available around the building, if you can find a free spot!

1. Parking lot - large, but all spaces were occupied. At first, we managed to park on the sidewalk near the fence of the building, where several other cars were also parked. After 15 minutes, we finally found a free parking space. Later, I noticed a police car pull up and the police officer was taking photos of cars parked in the pedestrian zone! Be careful! 2. Bedroom and beds - there are 3 large beds in total, but the mattresses and pillows are not comfortable at all. All the bedding was made of polyester, so it felt like sleeping on plastic, and in summer, it probably gets very hot. The pillows are large but very soft. Overall, everything looked like a fairly cheap set from the nearest supermarket. It was not a comfortable sleep at all. People who are allergic to polyester, be careful! 3. Limited selection of dishes. Two large pots, no small ones. No tea cups. The forks were not completely clean. There was a coffee machine for pods, but no coffee pods. The bottle of wine was only in the photo; in reality, it was not there. There is a dishwasher, but no dishwasher capsules. 4. Heating and warmth in the rooms - overall, the apartment was warm, but we noticed that the radiators were not working. Regardless of the temperature setting on the thermostat, the radiators were practically not warm. 5. Balcony door in the large room – be careful and do not open this door! It is torn off its hinges and extremely heavy! Unfortunately, we were not warned about this. The door was open, we couldn't put it back in place, so the manager called a repairman who fixed it by 9 p.m., and we slept at a normal temperature. It was -9 degrees outside at night.

Good location, great value

Bedding and sheets was super synthetic, in hot weather really bad sleep. In automatic messages comes incorrect contact information. Persons number is for person who is not working there anymore.
