Warning for others: don't stay here!
It was the cheapest place in Svolvær available. It's really close to the city center.
Everything about the place itself was really dissapointing. I felt lied to and betrayed. For starters the campervan doesn't have a bed at all. It's just a narrow coach the owner fumbled into a makeshift bed with some pillows, a table and a narrow matras. Then the really bad news: there's no toilet, no shower, no cooking stove. The nearest toilet is 100m away and closes at 11pm. The public shower is 300m away and is NOT free as the owner tried to make me believe. Then the roof started leaking and the electricity died with the first rain. When I complained about this the owner claimed he had never seen rain like this. When I said I was not happy about the conditions he became quite aggressive and almost threatened me, told me I could leave if the place doesn't suit me and that I don't want to see him unhappy. What does that mean? From a pleasant and cheerfull guy he turned into a really agressive and unsafe person. With nowhere else to go and pooring rain I felt very unsafe.
To be honest: he did fix the electricity.
I should have red the previous comments better as I turn out to be not the only one with this kind of experience. Unbeliebable some People think they can get away with such behaviour.

I bagni pubblici, sebbene siano all'interno di un hotel prestigioso, non sono comodissimi, così come la doccia che si trova sul pontile del porticciolo.

Prøvde å få hjelp av hosten til å fikse dobbelseng i vanen som det blir fremstilt på bilde. Får beskjed om at det ikke er mulig og en truende holdning tilbake fra en full host som sitter å drikker whiskey på natten. Han mener vi kan bare dra om vi ikke er fornøyd.
Det er ikke do tilgjengelig og man må belage seg på offentlig toalett. Det nærmeste stenger 23.00.
