Such a great last minute stay. The staff were exceptional.

I loved our stay , given we didn’t stay the night because they were working at our property,but we will definitely be back! It was clean and absolutely Beautiful with Table Mountain as a back drop. Staff was helpful and friendly. This place is great for gateways to the city. Check in and out was seamless!

Location was perfect. Breakfast was great Staff welcoming : Sinelizwi very professional The rooms were too different type of accommodation I liked it too much

Do not disturb sign was not respected on Sabbath I like to keep my room to myself.

Contemporary design. Upgraded/moved to solve a problem with the room, even though the wait was too long.

Aircon did not work to produce heat, asked for a warm blanket for the bed, was informed they don't have blankets, but will send up a second duvet. Waited more than a hour for the duvet while following up every 15 minutes. I then asked to be moved to a room where the aircon worked rather as I was tired of waiting for the blanket. After 1hours and 20 minutes maintenance came to the room, also a person with a duvet as well as the manager. They tested the aircon and confirmed it was faulty, we where then moved to a "upgraded" room where the aircon worked correctly. The room was pleasant. Then next morning after checking out and sitting down for the included breakfast, our waiter indicated that only one breakfast is included, this surprised us as I was traveling with my wife and we did not book a single occupancy rate/room. We chose to leave and have breakfast at another place. When we were about to leave and already in the car, the manager approached us and apologised, he continued to say there was a miscommunication between reception and the restaurant staff and that breakfast was indeed for two people and asked if we would like to come back in for breakfast. We chose to rather leave as we already decided to go and have breakfast somewhere with a view of the ocean.
