Great staff and conveniently situated. Room and bathroom was spacious.
There are too few plugs and the kettle needed to be placed on the floor to boil.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location. The breakfast was excellent—it was really, really delicious, as was the morning coffee. The kitchen staff really know their craft and go out of their way to make sure the day gets off to a wonderful start. Thank you. We’re grateful for such a warm welcome. Wonderful interior. We’ll definitely be back. We highly recommend it.

Amazing value for money. The rooms and service are on par with Four Seasons Hotels. The staff must have been cherry picked. Each and everyone of them is so kind and welcoming. Special thanks to Smart and the Chef!

Great location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms very comfortable.
Not enough bedside plugs in order to charge phones. No plug near desk to boil water for coffee so kettle had to be placed on the floor in order to boil. It would be good to have at least DSTV or Netflix available without having to use your own subscription.
