The best-selling point is staff friendliness. This was excellent.
The house is very nicely decorated with nice furniture.
The staff said that they gave us a free room upgrade, which we appreciated.
We were offered warm croissants at breakfast, which were brought to our table. Very nice.
We arrived at the property, not knowing that they only have street parking, and I was unable to park in a secure area. I would have expected to have been told about this in advance. When you pull up to the vehicle gate, you stand waiting at the gate, expecting it to be opened so that you can pull your vehicle in. This did not happen. It is critical that the arrival process is communicated in advance. The receptionist was SUPER friendly and welcoming, but the check-in procedure was unorganised and confusing.
Breakfast: When you go down to the breakfast area, it is confusing, as there is no explanation as to what the process is or what we should do. The first thing we wanted was a coffee, but there was nothing visible. I had to go to the reception to ask them about coffee. They said no problem and went off to make the coffee, but did not ask us what we wanted or what our preference was. They then delivered two flat whites to our table. The problem is I don't drink milk in my coffee. A self-service coffee machine on the buffet counter would be a good idea. Then guests can help themselves.
There were no tables set up for breakfast, so it was unclear where we should sit.
There were no serviettes available, so we had to ask the receptionist for a serviette.
The hot breakfast menu looked very appealing, and we ordered the full breakfast for both of us. The chef was very sweet and friendly when she took the order. When breakfast was delivered to the table, the food looked beautiful and very appealing. Unfortunately, it was all cold. This is strange because we were only two people in the restaurant at the time. The food would have been made to order, so it really should not have been cold. That leads me to believe that things like tomatoes, sausages, bacon, etc must have been made in advance, and then were supposed to be reheated on order. Unfortunately, they did not successfully achieve this.

The most wonderful stay I ever had. I extended from 2 to 4 weeks eventually.
The location is central in Sea Point and safe, the people are kind and welcoming (thanks to Smart, Zee & the rest of the team), the rooms are luxurious and spacious, the food incredibly tasteful and versatile.
Was working remotely and never experienced internet issues. And what is also great, is the Neighbourgood community through which you can visit events and meet people.
Would recommend 10/10 for people that visit Cape Town for the first time and/or alone. Or to those who just look for an outstanding boutique hotel.

Stunning property with huge rooms and common areas breakfast was exceptional and we enjoyed a cocktail and a beer at the sweet little bar at the property. The whole property felt very relaxing and tastefully decorated. The lady at reception was very friendly and warm have stayed at their properties before and have enjoyed all my stays but this property was a level up and didn't disappoint
Pool wasn't heated which would have been nice.

Great location walking distance to Seapoint strip with lots of restaurants and close access to the promenade. Spacious rooms and bathrooms nice bar area and Smart our host was very accommodating and nothing was too much. Pity we couldn't relax in the garden and at pool because the it was raining.
