Le manque d’isolation , la télécommande de la télé n’avait probablement plus de batterie et il manquait du gel douche ( vide)

The room was very spacious and had a private hot tub. The breakfast was scrumptious. Very friendly staff who attend to your needs. Zee took lovely pictures of me as I was a solo traveller. I felt welcome from the day I arrived until I left. I will definitely return.

At first the water in the bathroom was cold, but it got better. I also didn’t raise this with the staff so they could have attended to the issue. The walls are also very thin. Maybe something can be done about this in the future.

Definitivamente as pessoas fazem a diferença desse lugar, Phumla and her sister, Smart and Given are so amazing. Eu cheguei exausta após uma longa viagem e eles foram flexíveis quanto ao horário do check-in alem disso, pude ainda tomar um delicioso café da manhã com ingredientes frescos. Depois de bem alimentada tive um sono revigorante em um cama extremamente confortável. Na manhã seguinte Phumla and I had a great talk and again the breakfast was so delicious. She also took me to buy some souvenirs to my family, and one more time they were flexible with the check out. A filha dos donos também foi super simpática e receptiva, ela me mostrou de pertos as 2 araras que vivem na propriedade. Enfim, a estadia foi maravilhosa, super recomendo o lugar.

Um ponto insignificante que não afetou a experiência mas vale ser mencionado para evitar que ocorram com outros hospedes foi a demora para abrir o portão quando cheguei. Era de manhã e interfonei, mandei mensagem no WhatsApp, liguei, mas ninguém retornou. Avistei hospedes na piscina e perguntei se havia alguém na recepção, só depois disso a porta foi aberta. Novamente, isso não afetou a experiência, escrevo para que fiquem vigilantes e que esse pequeno inconveniente não afete a nota dada por outros viajantes.

Beautiful property and facilities, with friendly and welcoming staff.

Service was inconsistent. Housekeeping was unreliable, with towels and bath mats not always changed and the room once not cleaned at all. Breakfast quality also varied depending on the chef.
