Nice looking hotel with a very spacious room and bathroom with really good pressure shower.

We experienced very disappointing service throughout our stay. We ordered breakfast the night before and it took over an hour to come and when it finally did, it came without any avocado or butter on the toast. When we queried why there was no avocado, we were just told the avocado was bad with no apology. After this, we opted out of breakfast the next day to allow us to have a lie in before late overnight flights that night, but were instead woken early by one of the staff banging on our room door shouting housekeeping and asking us to return the iron that we saw them give to another guest. There was also no real apology for this mistake. We also had no hair dryer in our room and despite initially being told they would get us one we asked a second time and were told there were none.

The hotel is in a great location with amazing views. The staff (Diva and Shepard) were really kind and helpful. It was a peaceful stay.

The breakfast service was horrible. I didn’t get breakfast on my birthday because I’d pre-booked an uber and I requested the menu’s twice from the ladies but no assistance. Eventually we ordered but they took too long (40mins) and we had to leave.

The staff was very nice! They helped us a lot and the woman (golden teeth) is amazing! She is gold for the hotel ;) room had enough space!

The AC made a lot of noise. Also, you hear a lot of things that happens during the night. Bed was nog long enough.

Short staffed for sure. Breakfast was late and not what we ordered despite requiring us to pre-book it

The owner’s stubborn “not paying you back, because we have internet in the lobby” statement… We arrived and booked a hotel for good internet connection as we had just one last important presentation at work before fully diving in to our holiday. We’ve got the cellar room next to the spa without internet 😡 (never take room no. 6, if you need internet!). We asked if we ld upgrade to a better room, as wifi was important! But the hotel was fully booked so there was no option to stay for us, as we need a quiet room and not the lobby to have the presentation in. Then on top of that: the toilet was blocked and we couldn’t use it. All in all: this place is way too expensive for what it has! More of a hostel style than hotel… save your money and book an Airbnb instead… Even though I like to support hotels, because Airbnb business is taking over, but THIS HOTEL for sure not a good place to stay!

Good location

Over priced for what the hotel offered. Simple thing like coffee machine broken for 5 days. They could have bought a nespresso machine and solved the problem easily.

The staff there was great. Kept trying to make excuses for the venue and its management.

1. Disabled unfriendly 2. Poor breakfast menu, they basically serve eggs, saysage and bread. I only ate once in my 4 day stay. 3. Old and carpets smell 4. Cold water for 2 days 5. Poor bar, had only Black Label, Savanna, Hansa and Winhoek. I dis see some ingredients for cocktails but i dnt drink cocktails. And thats the main bar, not the mini bar in the rooms which are worse. 6. The suite i was given was next to breakfast area. I could almost hear people chewing, imagine them chatting. 7. One curtained sliding/big window is facing directly to the smoking sitting area, i could see people smoking while lying on the bed. 8. The unsmart old TVS, damn it. They just have a DSTV Decoder. In 2026 u must watch Chick Norris Movies on MNet Movie Magic? Oh, they also have a DVD player incase you want to watch your old DVDs, which i find very weird. 9. The manager was apparently on Maternity leave, i have called many times and even sent SMSs, im yet to get a response. 10. I paid a fortune for this creepy old place. I think over the 4 days there were only 2 other guests there, which actually makes sense considering the appalling state of the place and its poor service.
