The location is excellent. There is a metro station right across the street, making it very easy to get anywhere in Shanghai. The room is compact but comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options in a buffet style. They also provide complimentary bottled water every day, which was very appreciated. Toiletries are available whenever you need them. Although not all staff speak English, they are very kind and, using a translator, they always do their best to help. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing significant. The rooms are a bit small, but they are comfortable and well-equipped, so it wasn’t an issue for us.
