    -friendly and helpeul receptionist -unlimited drinking water, you can request more if you needed -free snackbar -long hours breakfast especially Sunday 08.00-11.00 -Great food for supper at 20.00-21.00 -welcome drink unlimited, ince you enter the hotel and got thirsty, just serve ourself with 3 kinda of fresh drink (rose lychee tea, lime tea, hot tea)

    I've stayed twice for the same hotel. Location is convenient and easy access to city area or nanjing area. Staffs are helpful and friendly too. Food is okay.

    One night, one of the window panes suddenly cracked with a very loud bang, which really scared us. The glass did not completely shatter, but it looked unsafe and could have broken further. The reception sent someone to check it, but they did not seem very concerned and did not offer to change our room until we asked. The replacement room was smaller than our original room and also had an unpleasant smell. The next day, I asked if we could move to another room for our final night. They said they would check and get back to us, but unfortunately we never received any update.
