    First time to Shanghai and we are glad to choose Atour . The room was big and cozy. I'm fascinated by Their in-house Xiao Du which will update me on the weather forecast , play songs and control the room lights, curtains. Daily house keeping was done. One thing I like was the laundry service, you can leave the task note for the staff who will help put your washed clothes and they will help transfer to the dryer . After done, they will fold your dry clothes and deliver to your room. Also, if you order food delivery, the hotel robot will come deliver to you. Hotel staff are nice and friendly. I will come back again.

    Location is about 5-10min away from metro station and main thoroughfare of Xintiandi. The room is a good size, bedding is comfortable as expected of Atour standards. Location is easy to get ride hailing. Free porridge supper is a lovely way to end the evening.

    Breakfast is the same throughout my 5 days of stay. My parcel was delivered on the 2nd day of my arrival but hotel staff said they couldn’t find till the last day of my checkout which is 4 days later then they found it. Dunno why it took them so long to find my parcel. Not for people with high expectations, and I think there are better choices of hotel. Over rated and pricey. Xintiandi metro is within walking distance but the road is dark at night, so not advisable to walk alone at late hour. Not much eatery around the hotel, need to walk to a mall mins away. No family mart around. Easy to get DiDi as the hotel entrance is facing the road.
