    looks nothing like the photos, no view, no breakfast was mentioned or offered when I arrived, staff don't speak english even though website said otherwise. Very difficult to find. Needs more info on how to find reception.

    We booked here as it was decently priced and close the Bund however the overall experience was terrible. 1) on check in we found that the overall room was in pretty dire shape, there was cigarettes burns all over the furniture, the room wasn’t completely clean and a lingering cigarette smell 2) on the second night we returned and found our room open and unlocked. The cleaner had forgotten to lock our room after cleaning and we spend 20 mins going through all our stuff to make sure nothing was missing. 3)the shower did not function effectively at all the shower pressure was so weak it might as well be a drizzle and the shower didn’t drain either 4) the other all state of the room also differed significantly from the pictures on Agoda and to claim they’re the same is misleading. M
