Emplacement au top, central. Parking privé très apprécié. Appartement remis à neuf et très propre.
Le couchage du canapé. Les oreillers pourraient être renouvelés. Il manquait du savon pour la vaisselle et dans la douche.

Nous avions rendez vous avec l'hôte à 17h00. L'hôte a eu un problème de dernière minute et a pu se faire remplacé par une personne de confiance pour la remise des clés. Cet appartement agréable bénéficie d'une situation exceptionnelle en plein centre de Rodez, qui plus est avec une place de parking pour la voiture. L'équipement, la décoration, et le calme nous ont permis de prendre nos marques très rapidement. Nous avons pu visiter la ville très facilement, tout est accessible en quelques minutes. Egalement la région entre Belcastel, Conques, et Roquefort.
L'appartement était très bien globalement (fonctionnalité, équipement). Quelques petits détails à améliorer pour le confort des futurs locataires: - équipements: manquent essoreuse à salade, couteau à pain. - entretien: chasse d'eau petit volume ne fonctionne pas, poignées de porte WC et petite chambre mal réglée, voire faillible pour la dernière.
