L'art déco, T3 Terrasse, classé meublé de tourisme

Très bel appartement, bien équipé, décoration moderne et chaleureuse. On s’y sent tout de suite très bien, j’ai passé un séjour très agréable. Merci à Sylvie !

A dedicated off-street parking space (although very narrow); we didn’t use the equipment in the kitchen, other than for breakfast, but it seemed very well stocked for anyone wanting to cook and eat in. The electrically operated blinds cut out all external light and were very quiet to open and close. Sound-proofing in the apartment seemed pretty good. We didn’t hear our neighbors and noise between shower room, bedrooms and WC was almost non-existent. The location was pretty good, although be aware that the walk into the center of Rodez is up a steep hill. I like to walk and didn’t mind this at all, but it should be noted in case of any difficulty walking or with small children. Otherwise, you would have to drive into the center of town. The shower was very good. Would have been nice to have a second towel, but not absolutely necessary. Basic supplies were provided (gel douche, coffee, washing liquid, etc.). The host was very reactive prior to arrival. I didn’t need to get in touch at all during our stay as everything worked well. The pictures made the apartment look bigger than it seemed in real life, but it was fine for our stay.

There is a motion activated light in the hallway between the two bedrooms. That means that if someone gets up in the middle of the night to go to the loo the light comes on. This happened to me one night and the next morning, as I woke up before my friend. Fortunately she wasn’t bothered by the light, but it would be something that would wake me up, even with my door closed. Also, the light turned off pretty soon after it came on so that when I came out of the loo to go back to bed it came on again. Not very practical in that kind of space and a bit puzzling in this location. I didn’t find the pillows comfortable and the room temperature was a bit too warm for me, even though we didn’t turn any heating on. All of this impacted the quality of my sleeping, but I’m a light sleeper.

Gros conflit avec la femme de ménage à la fin de notre séjour : elle nous a littéralement mis dehors alors que nous avions à peine 10 minutes de retard sur l’heure de départ, malgré nos excuses répétées. Une grande première pour moi de vivre ce genre d’expérience aussi pathétique. Elle a eu un comportement insultant et menaçant, le tout devant nos enfants… Un tel comportement est inacceptable et intolérable dans le secteur de l’hôtellerie. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce logement
