Quite Bad Experience in a Beautiful House

The bed was comfortable and kitchen had good equipment. Quality of the items at home was good as well.

To start, we couldn’t find the place. Because the location on booking is not correct - 8 minutes away from the correct address - The worst part, the host didn’t take our calls and we even though we had been scammed. Thanks to the help of a local couple we were able to find the place, we kept calling the host outside of the house and finally he picked up the phone and said he would arrive soon. When he came, instead of saying “sorry” he asked us why we didn’t call one day before and tell him we would come (sorry?!). He though the reservation had been cancelled due to this. Even though he didn’t send us any message after the booking, we filled the arrival time through booking and we were there during the permitted check in time. After coming into the house, he asked us if we need a shit for the bed and pay 10€ money in case we want (which wasn’t indicated before the booking). We said no. We also didn’t have towel, therefore we couldn’t take a shower. When he came morning after for the check out, first think that he said us why we didn’t turn off the outside light (due to security maybe?). Then he didn’t say anything else until we leave. Also I have to say that some of the photos at the announcement not belong to this house (I believe this is an error btw) In general, it was the worst experience that we had as a family guest. Thanks god it was only one night.

Un séjour très agréable dans la campagne proche d’Espalion

Le confort de ce gîte moderne, très fonctionnel, bien équipé et au calme. Difficile de trouver mieux sans oublier l’accueil du propriétaire, une personne fort aimable et attentionnée. La possibilité de recharger notre véhicule électrique. En conclusion, un logement parfait à recommander et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. .

Calme et apaisement

Le logement est immense pour un rapport qualité/prix parfait. Nous étions 3 personnes : en couple avec Belle-maman et nous avions chacun notre intimité et 2 toilettes : la classe ! Notre hôte a été très réactif dans nos échanges et très agréable. Le gite est idéalement placé pour découvrir cette belle région : 7 min de Estaing, 18 min de Bozouls, 5 min du petit village de Sébrazac à ne pas rater (magnifique), 40 min de l'Aubrac ou St Géniez

Manque de documentation pour l'ensemble des appareils. De ce fait difficulté d'utilisation notamment de la climatisation et des volets roulants . Heureusement nous avons pu joindre le propriétaire pour des explications.

l'Accueil très courtois avec un bouquet de fleurs et une bonne Fouace locale. Le confort de l'hébergement avec accès de plain pied pompe à chaleur réversible et la voiture à proximité. Nous avons également apprécié le calme de l'endroit.
