A good quality price ratio for a big, well furnished and excellently equipped and maintained apartment in the middle of Châlons-en-Ch. Access and bathroom suitable for persons with disabilities (you may feel a bit in a “nice“ hospital room). Plus: huge fridge with ***deep freeze compartment. Location: easy to find, 5-7 min walk to old city center (Hôtel de ville), out-of-compound parking just 150 m around the corner (check the horodateur (over night free, modest fees during daytime) You normally shouldn’t need the 10€ inside-compound of the Stella old age residence (reception open until 20.00 h, for apartment guests AND old age residencees) We felt safe, it was calm and comfortable, receptionist friendly and efficient.

Petit plus : petit encas sucré et eau fraiche mise à disposition. L'appartement est très bien situé, tout proche du centre historique et au calme. Très bonne réactivité de l'hôte.
Contrôle du ménage insuffisant entre 2 occupants : vaisselle mal faite, siphon douche obstrué, crédence cuisine excessivement grasse.

La localisation, les équipements etc tout était au top!
Il faisait un peu chaud et il est situé au dernier étage.

Les petites attentions (bouteilles d’eau, madeleines etc)
Extérieur bruyant la nuit, le fait qu’il était impossible de faire descendre la température dans le logement (29 degré la nuit…), un lit parapluie cassé, vaisselle sale etc
