Place is spacious, airy, light, quiet. Beautiful pristine bathroom, well stocked fully functioning kitchenette, comfortable mattress, free parking.

Spacious Apartment

The apartment was comfortable for a 2 night stay and included a washing machine. Directions were clear for finding and entering the apartment. Close to a supermarket, and close to the center of town. Plenty of room to unpack.

If you have heavy bags, you should know that the apartment is located on the second floor at the back, and the path has gravel. For us, this was not a problem.

Great apartment but not in walking distance of much

Very nicely appointed small apartment.

Location relative to town attractions. No soap in the bathroom which I was told was due to Covid restrictions. Also, if you are going to use the sleep sofa, be sure to let the hosts know that you need linens for that. Two minor inconveniences in light of the apartment and hosts being so nice.

L’appartement très fonctionnel.Le lieu de l’établissement est pratique pour aller faire des achats .La chambre et le salon sont fidèle aux photos Établissement calme.

La salle de bain n ‘était pas du tout agréable.Beaucoup de taches noires autour de la douche (joints à refaire). Difficulté à comprendre le fonctionnement du tuyau de douche.Odeur très désagréable ..(type remontée d ‘égout..humidité..)c est dommage car après une longue route ,on ne prends pas de plaisir à aller se laver.

Excellente base pour visiter Rodez et les alentours

La proximité de la ville de Rodez et ses facilités mais sans problème pour sortir de la ville par les grandes axes routières. Cuisine bien équipée. Hôte très réactif en cas de besoin d'aide (pour nous navigation parmi les nombreuses options télévisuelles!)

Nous n'avons pas pu laisser la fenêtre de la chambre ouverte la nuit à cause de la nuisance sonore de la grande route en contrebas, mais cela n'est évidemment pas une critique des propriétaires.

L'emplacement du logement à 5 min en voiture du centre de Rodez La climatisation du logement : très appréciée par temps de fortes chaleurs La terrasse presque sans vis à vis

L'espace extérieur manque de lumière (éclairage via détecteur uniquement pour la porte d'entrée du logement) Manque d'isolation sonore entre les 2 logements du bâtiment.

Emplacement parfait, j'ai pu aller au travail à pied chaque jour. La terrasse derrière la maison et privée est très agréable, les chats ont adoré et moi aussi les jours de beau temps. Intérieur parfait. Prévoir un étendoir. Parking parfait. Mettre à disposition une poubelle de ramassage serait pratique. Accueil très sympathique, les personnes sont très disponibles. Merci!

Beau logement confortable et propre. Grosses difficultés pour utilisation de la télévision le propriétaire est venu nous expliquer pour allumer nous avions bien noté mais au moment de regarder une chaine impossible d'y accéder. Pas d'accueil des propriétaires à notre arrivée dans le logement. Pas de petit déjeuner compris dans le prix

A vrai dire j'ai eu un problème à l'arrivée. Ca peut arriver. J'ai apprécié énormément la réactivité de l'hôte qui a réglé la question au plus vite. Je me suis sentie vraiment accueillie. Pour le reste l'appartement est idéalement situé, chaleureux, pratique et très calme.

Literie au top Boulangerie à 400m,restaurant en face. 10mn pour arriver au musée

Attention le chien abboie lorsque ses maîtres partent Mais vraiment c'est un détail et c'est tout à fait supportable.
