Perfect in the centre of Rodez

Perfect location in the heart of Rodez, but very quiet at the same time. The apartment is small but perfect for 1 night, we had all we needed. We didn't meet with the hosts, we communicated by messenger and everything was perfectly organized by them.

Being in the old town, there's no parking available by the house; you can easily park not far from there, but you have to pay.

Nôtre meilleure expérience en gîte

Nous avons passé une super soirée dans ce gîte, dans le studio coinde paradis. Les gérants sont vraiment agreables, prévenants et organisés. Ils ont été vraiment gentils et attentionnés, petits gateaux, café, tisane, un livret d'accueil avec toutes les infos possibles sur l'appartement mais aussi sur la ville, des conseils de visites aux alentours. Egalement à disposition des livres sur la ville, un jeu de cartes. Tout est très simple et tres organisé, je parle à la fois de l'appartement et de l'obtention des clés. Très bien situé et un parking souterrain à proximité vraiment pas cher. Merci à eux

Rapport prestation/prix déplorable

Emplacement en centre ville.

Nous avons payé 10€ de supplément pour libérer le logement à 12h au lieu de 10h, alors que le chauffage était en panne !!! On nous a prêté un petit soufflant que se déclenchait pendant la nuit... Un geste commercial eut été bienvenu. Lit double mezzanine type chambre d'enfant, équipements et matériaux type Bricodepot, avec finition "ni fait ni à faire". Et je ne parle pas de la déco... Ce serait pardonnable pour une nuit à 30€, mais pas à 80!!!

Le logement est parfaitement situé dans Rodez, très propre et bien agencé. Les propriétaires sont arrangeants pour les horaires et le cahier qui présente la ville et le fonctionnement de l'appartement est appréciable. La salle de bain et l'espace cuisine sont top aussi. Presque parfait !

Le seul point qui pourrait être amélioré est un matelas un peu plus confortable ; pas de souci pour deux nuits, mais éventuellement si vous êtes amenés à rester un peu plus longtemps. Sinon, c'est TB !

Personnes très accueillantes. Qui ont suent s'adaptées et régler un différent, dont la cause est Booking.com. Locaux très confortables et propres. Nombreux rangements. Lits très confortables. Recommanderons cet établissement chaque fois que possible.

La situation géographique au coeur de la ville de Rodez, la proximité des lieux visités (Musée Soulages, musée Puech,...)

Les photos de l'appartement occupé ne correspondent ! La maison a été rénové, il y a déjà longtemps... Insonorisation insuffisante (réveillé dans la nuit par des voisins qui certes faisaient attention mais les portes et le plancher ne sont pas isolés). La cabine de douche est vraiment vétuste...
