5 Family Apartments with Pool & Large Garden in Historic Pézenas Convent

Fantastiskt fin gammal byggnad med perfekt läge i Pézenas! Härlig pool som svalkade gott i värmen. Jättefint bemötande från Warren mfl. Vi är supernöjda!

Allt var bra.

A unique and lovely place. Tucked away in its own quiet, leafy compound but at the same time a short walk from the shops, cafes and restaurants . The apartment was large , set over three floors ( one being a mezzanine) and had all the facilities needed to live there comfortably for a few days. The Full A/C worked well and was really needed during the heatwave. The private and secure parking was very welcome. The team on site answer any queries really quickly. It's a perfect place from which to explore the local area. Will definitely be back!

Minor point... The pool was being refurbished ( although it was fully operational) and the surrounding area was a bit of a construction site. Looks like this work is nearly done.

Logement spacieux, dans une très belle bâtisse, au calme et à 10 mn à pied du centre historique de Pezenas. Bel extérieur avec bbq, grande table,piscine, ping pong, terrain de boules…

The property itself has a lot of promise. The building from the outside is quite beautiful. It's gated, safe and private (but shared with the other apartments). The parking is across the road and easy to get in and out of - we had a large vehicle. The hosts communicate well and are friendly. It's a 5 to 10 minute walk to get to the historic centre. The door handles are cute and quirky.

We stayed in the deluxe apartment (Pierrot). It needs maintenance. The toilet seat is old and stained. The inside walls need a paint or clean. Some of the decor is purposely made to look distressed but comes across dirty instead. The raised pebbles on the shower floor are uncomfortable to stand on. The shower curtain was stained as is the shower wall and the mat in the living room. There was a long hair and dust in one of the bowls in the kitchen cupboard. The mattress in one of the main bedrooms is soft and doesn't sit quite right. The bed frame made a rocking type of noise when you moved. The quilt covers and pillow cases were an unusual texture, not soft and the pillows are very big/high- not comfortable to sleep on. The mezzanine bedroom is not private and doesn't have a bathroom. Guests staying there would need to use one of the other bedroom ensuites which would make it awkward if staying with several couples. It has blinds for privacy but they don't go fully around and there's no door. It would be good if the property was sprayed as the mosquitos flew in as soon as you opened a door or window. For this reason, we couldn't sit outside, nor could we open windows (even with the lights off). There is a communal outdoor sofa set but the white cushions were dirty (or stained) - it wasn't appealing to sit there. It's an old building with gaps here and there so isn't sound proofed. Overall this place has promise but it really needs some TLC.
