House, gîte, apartment, private mansion with character historic center Pézenas

We are pleased to offer our 250 square meter family house for seasonal rental. Located in the heart of the city of Pézenas, with its plunging view of one of the most beautiful historic squares in the Languedoc, the Hotel de Montguibert dating from the sixteenth, seventeenth and eighteenth centuries will meet the expectations of 2 couples with children wishing to live the rich hours of the great century of Molière who marked and shaped the city.
You can discover less than an hour's drive, the good places to walk in an exceptional hinterland (from the Larzac to the Haut Languedoc regional park via Ganges, the caves of Clamouse or the demoiselles, St Martin de Londres etc .....) but also swimming sites that are not lacking in the Hérault valley (accessible in 5 to 25 minutes: Devil's Bridge in St Guilhem le Désert, St Etienne d'Issensac, Salagou lake, Hérault gorges....) and on the coast (beaches of Mèze, Agde, Sète...) and also in Pézenas which has just re-opened its brand new open-air swimming pool fed by the underground volcanic waters of its emblematic geological basin bordering the UNESCO Geopark Terres d'Hérault.
A large dormitory of eight beds with bathroom, including a 140 bed in an isolable alcove, ideal for accommodating children, cousins, friends, on holiday, completes a bedroom available on the first floor and another on the second floor with Roman bathroom. A large living room and a large dining room of 70 square meters each offer two exceptional floors to peacefully share a summer life in community. A terrace perched on the roofs, crowning the three floors of this large stone vessel, offers the possibility of enjoying intimate and convivial moments in the cool of the evening.
We offer a preferential rate for two weeks of rental with a flat rate of 4000 € for 4 to 10 people. The reception of 2 additional adults is possible at a cost of 300 € per person per week. A deposit by cheque of 1800 € is required.
