Logement spacieux
Le canapé lit dans le salon trop fragile. Le cadre se déboite je ôai remis a plusieurs reprises.

Bon rapport qualité / prix. Espace, propreté, 2 lits , équipements (table, grille pain, kitchenette avec une plaque, éponge, liquide vaisselle..). Climatisation.
Le bruit sur l'avenue. Cette avenue voit en moyenne passer 10 voitures par minute la journée, 4 en pleine nuit). C'est une autoroute... Quelques tâches douteuses sur les fauteuils. Peu de commerces sur cette longue avenue.

l'intérieur est très propre et accueillant, c'est une chambre avec un petit coin pour cuisiner et une sdb
l'état de la terrasse sale, brise vue avec la terrasse voisine, disloqué, la toile d'ombrage arrachée, ne fonctionne plus
