Located in a very quiet (semi-pedestrian) street of the historical center classified by UNESCO, it is close to the Toulouse-Lautrec museum and the Sainte Cécile Cathedral, in the immediate vicinity of all the shops, the market and shops &restaurants.

the 55 m2 apartment consists of two separate spaces:

The day area: A large living room with lounge (sofa bed sleeping 140), armchairs, TV, stereo, library, and equipped kitchen for 4 people with dining area.
The sleeping area: A large bedroom with dressing closet, bathroom (bath, washbasin, washing machine) and separate WC
It is a very comfortable apartment, enjoying an exceptional view suitable for a couple or a family of 4.
