T2 balcon parking climatisé

The apartment was comfortable and very convenient to Albi center.

It was hot, but there were two fans, one for each bed, and they helped a lot. Getting in was a little tricky, both at the gate and at the apartment door. Also, when leaving the gate, you have to have the key fob, which you need to hold to the button outside the gate to activate it. (Either that or, during the morning hours, there are people coming and going, so you can generally get out when they open the gate to enter or exit if needed.) It's good if you know French because you can speak directly with the host, who is available via the intercom at the gate and outside door.

La propreté et l’accès libre

L’accès au parking est de l’autre coté et quand on ne le sais pas , ce n’est pas évident

Appartement très bien placé, propre et fonctionnel. Le parking fermé est un gros plus.

L'isolation phonique est un peu légère, mais nous avons bien dormi quand même

Appartement vétuste ,salle de bain avec un tuyau de douche bricolée et sombre. Le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionne pas. Un des placards de la cuisine tenu par une vis pour qu’il soit droit !!! Un système de clé électronique pour ouvrir la porte très capricieux Des ornières dans le parking Juste 4 assiettes et deux assiettes à soupe et deux casseroles, vraiment trop cher pour la qualité des prestations
