Comfortable, cozy, lovely flat with kind, wonderful hosts.

The flat is so homey, cute, and comfortable, with lots of natural light and a beautiful, peaceful view of the Cathedral and the town. Francis and Michele are wonderful hosts. They came to meet me, showed me the building, the flat, how everything works, where everything was located and Francis even came in the car with me to drive around and help me find a parking place for the evening because it was night when I arrived. They are extremely kind, friendly, personable, helpful, and responsive. An issue with the WiFi was resolved immediately. I had made a mistake with the keys on the morning I left and even though it was very very early in the morning, Francis helped me resolve it. They are genuine people and I loved their hospitality. You can feel the warmth and love they have put into the flat. Wonderful place to stay and wonderful experience all-around. Thank you!

It was simply brilliant from start to finish. The hosts ( Francis & Michele ) were amazingly lovely people, everything was well looked after, the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. it was a cozy stay .The view from the balcony was simply spectacular..I spent much time sitting in the balcony enjoying the view.It is well located , all the windows had blinds so everyone slept well, there were fans too- to help with the hot weather. It was an amazing stay.

Lovely bright, modern apartment within 10 minutes walk of Rodez Cathedral. Spotlessly clean. Lovely view from sunny balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Very nice welcome gift of a local aperitif. Owners were available via text throughout our stay to answer any queries. They were very accommodating regarding our late checkout.

Some basis supplies such as shower gel, shampoo and perhaps cupboard items such as crackers, butter and jam would be good particularly for people who may check in late at night or when supermakets are closed.

Une semaine de vacances parfaite à Rodez

L'emplacement idéal, la vue du balcon sur Rodez et la cathédrale, la propreté, l'aménagement intérieur très fonctionnel, les chambres avec sol en parquet et bonne literie, l'appartement traversant, les fenêtres et les volets roulants impeccables, l'ameublement et la décoration bien pensés et à notre goût et l'accueil des propriétaires.

Très bon séjour dans une très belle région

Appartement très fonctionnel, spacieux et doté des éléments de confort pour un séjour de vacances. Lumineux et pas trop chaud malgré une période de canicule. Vraiment très proche du centre ville permettant de ne pas prendre la voiture. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et super accueillant.

Decouverte de l'Aveyron

Nous avons été accueillis par Francis qui nous a fait visiter l'appartement et montrer le fonctionnement des différents appareils. L'appartement est conforme à la description faite et se situe dans une rue calme (une école est située juste en face mais c'était les vacances scolaires). A noter que l'appartement se situe au 2e étage et qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Le stationnement dans la rue est gratuit mais pas pas forcément facile selon les heures. Un parking gratuit est possible mais difficilement accessible. Les hôtes nous ont proposé une autre place de parking sécurisée pour 15€ la semaine. Cela nous a parfaitement convenu. Nous recommandons ce logement. Pour une famille de 4, c'est idéal.

Tout s'est bien passé ! Le seul point, qui est une affaire de goût, c'est le matelas qui était trop mou.
