According to booking.com web site there should have been air on. Very disappointed as it was factor in selection.

Le stationnement privé. L’appartement est moderne et lumineux, bien situé par rapport au centre-ville. Hôtesse accueillante et disponible. Beaucoup de souplesse pour l’heure d’arrivée et de départ.
L’air climatisé est non fonctionnel. Heureusement, il faisait frais à l’extérieur. Nous n’avons pu utiliser le lave-linge car la porte était brisée.

We arrived in a heat wave so it was a bit too warm in the apartment. No AC but there is a fan.

Tres joli appartement au 5 émé étage avec une vue exceptionnelle du balcon.
Nous étions là pendant la canicule et une climatisation dans les chambres s'imposent
