From the very first day of check-in, I have regretted booking this place. 0/5 stars

Nothing, i wish they were more sincere about the refund they promised me. Utterly disappointing. Its already been 3 months yet no response from them despite repeated reminders via email, every time its the same excuse !

Heaters dont work during winter seasons!? Wish the host had informed the guest(s) prior to booking. Had to tolerate freezing the weather at night. Never coming back to this property again and wont recommend it to anyone either !!

Poorly managed property with concerning safety and hygiene standards.

The location of the place and the state of the bedroom are the only positive sides to this place.

The property lacks clear management and on-site staff, with communication handled only via WhatsApp. Shared facilities, particularly the kitchen and laundry, were poorly maintained and dirty. A major concern was a fire alarm during which a marked fire exit was locked, forcing evacuation via an unsafe alternative route (through basement and kitchen). Also the wifi wasn't working for 1.5 day for which we got 15eur refund and laundry is additionally paid for which wasn't mentioned in room description.

Place is nice but needs to be maintained well to keep guests.

It has a very good location, safe, accessible to the city.

No hot water in the shower, no heating, maintenance did not show up after complaints, room was not cleaned very well when I arrived and staff did not respond proactively to my concerns on the cold, just long messages and no action. Elevators were down so if you have heavy bags you have to carry them up and down the stairs.

Clean and nice room

Room was good, because it was clean and I didn't saw bugs. Staff nice and helpful. The kitchen has a refrigerator (no freezer or oven), microwave, plates, cutlery and hot water what was good. Rules was clear and place is in good location where close is stores, park and bus etc. You get little hand shampoo and conditioner what is good. Also 2 toilet paper rolls. Sheets and towels are already available on behalf of the house. The air circulates well so you don't have to worry about the room being too hot. The window can also be opened which also helps ventilate the room.

The shower water cannot be adjusted and the water is really hot, otherwise in kitchen water is only cold. The room doesn't look exactly like the pictures, but that doesn't bother me and my boyfriend. I was surprised how expensive rooms and motels are in Dublin, because in comparison, you pay a month's rent for 4 days. It would also be good to know in advance that if there are makeup marks on the towels or sheets, etc., you may have to pay extra for it. It would be good to know before come because you can bring your own towel if, for example, someone is on their period, which could be problematic. Also shower is small so it can be difficult for people who are tall or wide. Also tell them that the kitchen and laundry room are in separate areas that are also used by others. And that the room+laundry/toilet are private.

First and last time for me.

I was charged for requesting extra pillows. I never had to pay for an extra pillow before. Most places already have them in the room. I was afraid to ask for a hair dryer (which is usually supplied ) for my girlfriend.

We enjoyed and plan to come back!

The guardian who hand us over the keys and who showed us around was very friendly. We didn’t use the cooking facilities and the laundry room. Our room with our own bathroom was really practical and well equipped .

Kuchnia i jadalnia tragiczne - brudno, brak szklanek i kieliszków oraz płynów do mycia. W zlewie tylko zimna woda - jak można cokolwiek umyć zimną wodą??? Wprawdzie była zmywarka ale brak jakichkolwiek detergentów do mycia, ludzie wkładali brudne i tłuste rzeczy i puszczali zmywarkę bez żadnych detergentów. Ohyda. Musiałam kupił gąbkę, żeby umyć rzeczy, kubki, żeby się nie brzydzić wypić herbaty, używaliśmy dwóch talerzy i kompletu sztućców i trzymałam wszystko w szafce bo brzydziłam się tych tłustych niedomytych. Każdą inna rzecz musiałam dokładnie umyć i wyparzyć przed użyciem, bo wyglądały na niedomyte i tłuste. Kuchnia to totalna tragedia. Brudne lodówki, ze starym jedzeniem, którego nikt nie wyrzucał. Niestety kuchnia i jadalnie to najgorszy element w tym hostelu.

Está bien

El chico que me dio las llaves fue muy amable teniendo en cuenta que hacía un clima huracanado y no encontrábamos el sitio. La ubicación es bastante buena, cerca del centro. Las calles de ese barrio son bastante seguras y hay sitios cerca donde desayunar o comprar comida.

El sitio tenía una mezcla de olores según ibas pasando por las puertas que había que cruzar hasta llegar a la habitación... algunas eran agradables y otras no tanto. Esa es otra, el recorrido hasta la habitación era algo lioso y estaba indicado en carteles con boli, pero al final te acostumbras. La habitación está bien, aunque la moqueta puede no ser del gusto de otras personas... No te dan muchas cosas y la cocina compartida tiene olor permanente a curry, pero para pasar un par de noches por ese precio no encontrarás nada mejor. P.D: Lo mejor, la ventanita de la habitación que da a unos contenedores y un muro de ladrillo mixto.

Lo justo y sin pretensiones para unos pocos días en el cetro de Dublín

La ubicación. Y tal y como estaban los precios, la relación calidad/precio estaba bastante bien. Tienen WhatsApp para ir conunicandote sobre a qué hora llegas, etc y eso es cómodo.

Es como una especie de residencia, donde deben alojarse tipo estudiantes o así. Que no hay ningún problema en eso, pero es un poco raro al principio.

El primer día vimos que en el suelo de la habitación se estaba filtrando agua. No lo pudieron solucionar hasta la última noche, cuando nos cambiaron de habitación. No se nos compensó de ninguna otra manera a pesar de que toda la moqueta está mojada.

Sicuramente il riscaldamento! Non funzionava ed ho richiesto una stufa. Inoltre gli asciugamani andrebbero cambiati dopo un paio di giorni. Sono stata 4 giorni e niente pulizie o asciugamani puliti. Inoltre avevo un solo rotolo di carta igienica! Quando ho richiesto il secondo non sapevano se dovevo pagarlo...

Buena ubicación, pero muchas cosas que mejorar

La ubicación está genial.

Para entrar en la habitación hay que hacer una autentica gincana, tienes que subir y bajar escaleras hasta el punto que no sabes como salir de ahí , las moquetas tenían un poco de polvo, los cajones tenían pelos, y un olor a curry invadía los pasillos, entiendo que es una casa de huéspedes, pero por el precio que tiene, esperaba algo mejor. Por otro lado, las luces de emergencia no se apagaban, teníamos que bajar los plomos para dormir, en fin mucho que mejorar la verdad.

O quarto é espaçoso, confortável e o aquecimento era perfeito! O local do alojamento era praticamente a 20 minutos a pé de tudo o que queríamos ver, à exceção da Guiness Storehouse e do Phoenix Park.

A cozinha comunitária não estava muito apresentável para cozinhar. Esperávamos poupar dinheiro ao cozinhar por nós próprios mas desistimos da ideia ao experimentarmos.

Posizione ottimale, a 20 min a piedi dalla zona centrale e con fermata dell'autobus sotto casa

Trovare la stanza con il self check-in è stata un po' un'impresa, ci sono 2 stabilimenti diversi collegati da corridoi vari con indicazioni non molto precise. Il vero problema è che quando siamo arrivate nella stanza (a mezzanotte) il riscaldamento non funzionava e c'erano 15 gradi. Il problema è stato riportato la mattina seguente e risolto soltanto la sera della giornata stessa, dopo svariati solleciti e telefonate insistenti, attraverso la fornitura di una stufetta elettrica, che grazie a dio funzionava bene e ha scaldato tutta la stanza. Abbiamo quindi passato una notte e un giorno intero senza riscaldamento, per cui stiamo aspettando di capire se ci possono fornire un rimborso.

Die Lage. Man gab uns auf Wunsch eine 2. Decke. Nicht gefallen hat uns: Der Aufenthaltsraum war viel zu weit entfernt.Die Gemeinschaftsküche sowie Besteck, Töpfe und Teller waren nicht sauber. Die Anzeige war verwirrend, denn es war als Appartment angeboten und nicht als Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsräumen. Die Gänge und das Treppenhaus waren sehr verwinkelt, teilweise sehr dunkel und schlecht ausgewiesen

Siehe oben Außerdem war der Teppich sehr dreckig. Der Blick aus dem Fenster ging in einen unaufgeräumten Hinterhof mit Sperrmüll (z.B. altes Sofa).

Que NO SE ESPECIFICA (o yo no leí bien, quizá) que la cocina es una cocina compartido, tipo hostal. La cama muy pequeña y que solo te dejan 2 rollos de papel higiénico, y si le pide uno de más , no te lo pueden proporcionar.

La camera è essenziale ma ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno gradevole. La struttura è grande ma silenziosa, e c’è una cucina comune che potrebbe risultare utile. Il phon non c’è in camera ma viene fornito all’occorrenza dalla reception. Lo staff è presente. A 10 min a piedi da st Stephen park e a 20 dalla zona del temple bar.

Solo dei piccoli consigli: La porta dello stabile indicata come blu è in realtà turchese/celestina (lo segnalo non perché sia un problema ma perché di notte a noi sembrava verde e pensavamo di aver sbagliato zona). Le istruzioni per il self check-in dovrebbero essere più precise… siamo arrivati in piena notte e non abbiamo trovato la chiave dove ci avevano indicato. Però c’era una ragazza dello staff in sede che dopo alcune chiamate al numero indicato ci è venuta ad aiutare. Poi hanno risposto anche alla chat di Booking. Quindi sono efficienti. Una volta entrati dalla porta principale c’è un piccolo ingresso con 4 porte… Sarebbe utile che la stanza della reception venisse segnalata da apposito cartello. Altrimenti la prima volta che si accede non si può sapere che lì c’è qualcuno che può aiutarti in caso di necessità.

O.k. mehr nicht

Die Dame die uns den Schlüssel gegeben hat, war sehr sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit (hat sich z.b. um ein Taxi in den frühen Morgenstunden gekümmert). Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert auch der Check Out. Einen Strom Adapter für Deutsche Stecker (5 Euro Teil) war im gesamten Haus nicht zu bekommen. Könnte man als Service anbieten, muss man aber natürlich nicht.

Die Fotos bei der Beschreibung sind vermutlich vor vielen Jahren gemacht worden. Mittlerweile ist das Gebäude und die Wohnung doch deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Risse überall, Geruch und wackelnde Türgriffe etc. inklusive. Weiters die Gemeinschaftsküche ist irgendwo im Keller wo man nicht so einfach wieder hinfindet (also nicht in der Nähe der Wohnung). Wer Anspruchsvoll ist, darf dort nicht buchen. Dazu müsste vorher Renoviert werden. Nur zum Schlafen ohne Ansprüche geht es. Die Gegend ist ganz gut (in der Nähe überall Möglichkeit zum Frühstücken oder auch Pub´s am Abend und trotzdem keine Lärmbelästigung.

Я был в Дублине много раз и это был худший их моих опытов. 1 ) Грязно. Вот прям очень грязно с черной плесенью в душе и обшарпаными стенами в комнате 2) Неудобная кровать и не удобная подушка. Кровать маленькая и мягкая. Спину ломит - спать невозможно. Три ночи без сна. Часть ночи проспал на стуле. 3) За три дня ни кто не обновил полотенца и не добавил шампунь. Мусор так же ни кто не вынес. И это за 111 евро за ночь ! 4) До центра 20 минут пешком. Не близко за такие деньги. В номере ни холодильника , ни телевизора , ни кондиционера Ищите другие варианты - избегайте этого заведения.
