Nice house and really cozy bedroom.

The bedroom was clean, nicely designed, and warm.

There was not tv, but sure, that's easy to fix. Still at loved the house.

Its a good budget place but bring noise cancelling headphones and dont expect coffee in the morning

The bed was indeed cozy and the bottle of water was nice

There is no table to eat on and we where not allowed to use the kitchen witch is fine but if you forbid the guest to use the kitchen than put a water cooker and some instant coffee in the room or something. Nobody likes going out of the house for there first coffee. And make the room noise proof this is not that hard you could hear the people in the other room breath.

Private room. Not a guest house, people are in the home with you.

We booked this place thinking it was more of a private guest house. The people are in the small townhouse and it’s a private room you are booking. Which is fine but that is not how it was advertised. If we knew it wouldn’t be private we wouldn’t have reserved it. If I wanted a private room in someone’s home I would use Airbnb. The woman in the house wasn’t welcoming when we arrived. Also you can’t bring a private car. There is no parking anywhere. Overall, the description is misleading and needs to be revised. We tried to contact booking.com and they tried to get ahold of the people renting out the room and never received a response. I would not book this place again. Also very far away from downtown Dublin.

It is very homely and comfortable, we recommend it for everybody.

It was very cosy, Gemma and Louis were very friendly and helpful. The room was great. Plus point for the shampoo and shower gel,the welcome gift and for the pleasant smell.

The floor slid with bare feet and the bed creaked.

La estancia en la casa de Luis fue excelente. Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado, lo que hizo que me sintiera cómodo desde el primer momento. Se duerme con mucha tranquilidad y seguridad, además el vecindario es increíble, muy agradable para pasear y disfrutar. Luis fue siempre muy atento y amable, pendiente de cada detalle para que todo estuviera perfecto. Las fotos publicadas son 100% reales, exactamente como se muestra. Una experiencia totalmente recomendable.

Las instalaciones están muy bonitas, tiene estaciones de tranvía y bus cerca, así como una plaza con algunos restaurantes a no más de 15 minutos caminando, la zona se sintió muy segura y familiar

Se escuchaba mucho ruido a través de las paredes, incluso en la noche, además no había manera de cerrar la puerta de la habitación desde dentro

El perfecto estado, todo nuevo, muy limpio, cómodo, confortable y la buena atención. Los detalles de bienvenida y el buen trato. Amabilidad... Si buscas un lugar, para no tener sorpresas desagradables este es tu sitio.

Por poner alguna pega, porque son cosas menores que pueden estar mejor, si bien no es que estuviera mal sino que sería mejor de otra forma. Tiene escaleras, el estupendo y amplio baño es compartido y la persiana no tapa totalmente la luz por la mañana. Además, la ubicación no es en el centro.
