Budleigh Breeze

Such a lovely, large and airy apartment with a very well-appointed kitchen and a huge amount of room to store our stuff. Located on a very quiet, leafy street which was close enough to town and the beach to walk there and back. Budleigh Salterton itself is beautiful and has lots of places to eat, drink and buy food, as well as a great beach and lovely nature reserve.

Upstairs bedroom didn’t have any light blocking curtains, just voiles.

A beautiful Victorian house conversion. Big, airy rooms with a separate bedroom ensuite on the second floor. Two bedrooms on 1st floor, 1 of them ensuite. The apartment also had a separate toilet and shower. A welcome box of tea bags, coffee and local biscuits, chocolate and chutney were waiting for us. A very nice touch. Plus the apartment was stocked with a few essentials to tide you over on arrival. The kitchen was very well stocked with china, cutlery and kitchen appliances. The whole apartment was beautifully decorated and clean, making it very comfortable.

A small flight of steps *approx. 10) lead up to the front door.

Well equipped, spacious property with 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which were en-suite. We were able to take our dog for a small fee.

There wasn’t a garden for the dog but there was a gravel area at the front of the property and a grass area a few minutes walk away. Not a problem for us but there were several sets of stairs due to it being a first floor flat.
