Everything was great and perfect for our little family great location and great facilities

Perfect location easy to find lovely and clean and well looked after close to the beach/arcades , fantasy island, great communication

Absolutely the best and cleanest caravan we have ever stayed in. Well equipped. Owner quick to respond and super helpful. Location was the best place possible, quiet and easily accessable. Location was secure, with friendly staff. Had an absolutely brilliant time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would we stay again, deffinitely.

Leaving.

The location is perfect. 5 minute walk to the sea front and fantasy island. Local spar shop not far and plenty of eating places. The beds were comfy and there’s plenty of plates, cups, cutlery etc. The host was so very helpful as we encountered some problems.

I really don’t like leaving negative reviews so I feel bad doing it. I feel the floors and carpets in the main areas need a deep clean, as our feet were black walking around. I had to contact the host as the cooker ran out of gas as soon as I started to cook dinner. It took just over an hour to get sorted. We had no hot water so I had to chase the host again and I had to be given verbal instruction regarding starting up the boiler which I wasn’t happy about. After getting it lit, the sinks had warm water but the shower was still cold. It got hot water for about 10 seconds. We tried a lot to change settings but it made no difference. One single bed had stains on the sheet?
